How can centuries of tradition be preserved in a single, small jar?
The answer can be summed up in one word: love. An unconditional love for a territory, for its history and for its agricultural and gastronomic culture. The love of those who have invested and still invest all their enthusiasm and skills for more than 30 years to create products that can fully reflect the goodness and genuineness of flavors that have been handed down for centuries.
In a small strip of land that overlooks Torre Guaceto Natural Reserve‘s beaches that cultivations of fiaschetto tomato and olives follow their natural course giving us year after year, fruits that collect all the essence of a red earth, red like the passion of hands that have permetted to her to come back to life.
Located between the cities of Carovigno and Brindisi, Calemone directly overlooks the Torre Guaceto Natural Park, a place where unspoiled nature is living in perfect symbiosis with men and their needs.
Calemone’s main objective is to preserve traditions and techniques of cultivation and preparation of its products, to give life to masterpieces of taste such as Fiaschetto’s Tomato Sauce, made with ancient methods handed down (fortunately) until our days.
BIO production: a family affair!
The excellence of a product comes from sacrifice.
When every single gear works together towards the goal, the result can only touch the perfection.
Today Calemone has become an ambassador of products bearing BIO and the Slow Food certification brand, thus becoming a point of reference for lovers of BIO farming, who share with us the values of work, patience and sacrifice.
